Linda Jackson, Founder of the TIBCO Women’s Professional Cycling Team, announced today the formation of a new junior women’s cycling team, to be mentored by members of the TIBCO/To the Top professional team. Rob Jensen, a Northern California-based junior cycling coach, will direct the new team.
